Yesterday was National Children's Day, and while the joy of parenthood means happiness is already dialled in for mums and dads (we hope?!), it's important to think about how can we help nurture happiness in the little ones while also setting them up for future success. This Harvard-MIT study suggests parents do this one thing: talk.
