Thoughtful Thursday - Issue 99.5
Welcome back, readers new and old, to our monthly(ish) round-up, featuring clinic updates, podcasts, cool things, and fun stuff!
Yes, you’ve probably noticed that this is Issue 99.5, and this is because we wanted to do something exciting to celebrate the century... but it kind of, ahem, snuck up on us this month. So stay tuned for a bigger, better edition next month – our extremely committed 9 readers (yes, it is GROWING!) won’t want to miss it!
Clinic Updates
It’s been a quiet lil run for clinic news of late – just a few tweaks of hours to improve ability. However, we do have some arrivals and departures in the Fulham neighbourhood…
While the wonderful Jess has been settling in at Team Fulham since our last update, we’re sad to report that Georgie is leaving us in a couple of weeks. However, for those who like to vacay in Cornwall, you’ll be able to pay her a visit at her new, shiny Falmouth clinic from March(ish)! Contact the desk for all the details.
Over at Wandsworth Bridge, we’ve welcomed another Aussie, Callum, to the team there! You can find him in clinic on Mondays and Thursdays.
Bryan has added a Monday evening at Putters to ensure he has more availability, which we hope will be helpful.
We can tell everyone’s been working hard in their first month back, as our workplace wellbeing programme has been extremely busy! So much so, Tom is now moving into managing the programme on a full-time basis. Congrats to Tom and thank you to everyone that has reached out – hopefully we can help you stay healthier, sit straighter, and be less stressed while at work!
If you would like an assessment or a health talk in your workplace, simply get in touch with Tom directly and he’ll give you all the details.
We also have Matilda and Mackenzie as custodians of our social accounts now, so expect more consistent updates there, with lots of health tips, chiro knowledge and fun stuff to complement your care. Give us a follow and let them know if there’s anything you would like to learn more about.
Or if you have something fun you think our clients will love and that the team can try out, get in touch - just like the Hot Pod Yoga team did!

Podcasts
In the latest Chiro.London Pod, proudly fuelled by Ground Coffee Society, Craig chats to Vismai Schonfelder, a chiropractor with over 25 years’ experience. A global nomad, Vismai and I grew up in the same country town in rural Australia and studied together at RMIT in Melbourne, before he moved to Holland to practice, but is now living in Bali and working in Singapore!
Take a listen to our chat now on our website, Spotify, Apple and Google.

Calling all expecting parents!
Ami-Bree is hosting a health evening on Tuesday, 27th February at our Putney clinic that you won’t want to miss. The Mum & Bub Hub (great name btw!) will feature a range of different health professionals who’ll be ready to answer all your pregnancy-related questions!
Click here for more details on the event, and to book your tickets.
If you cannot attend, we would suggest it’s well worth giving her a follow on Insta, where you’ll find lots of helpful and practical information, along with dates for any future events.
A shockingly short ‘n’ sharp one by my standards! Hope you are all surviving the ‘New Year, New You’ – if you are not, remember to be kind to yourself, drink lots of water, keep moving, and get adjusted! (And If you have a mate that needs a bit of extra TLC, send them our way and we’ll help them out with our 20/20 offer!)
See you next time for the big 1-0-0!
