Thoughtful Thursday - September 5th
Welcome back friends to this month’s Chiro.London round-up!
Been a busy few months around the clinics, but hopefully we’re all settling back in now. Have had some positive feedback about our local newsletters that hit your inbox a couple of weeks ago - do let us know if there are any ways we can improve them or help support anything you may be doing in the community!
Lots to learn this month with a lil education on pregnancy and some chat about massage, so without further ado…
Holidays & Changes with Andrea
As we move away from the summer and the kids return to school, so do our chiros to clinics.
We do have a couple of stragglers clinging on to the last of the summer rays, but it’s business as usual at most of our locations.
As always, you can find all the deets here on our website!
This Month's Socials with Matilda
Hey everyone!
September is here, and we’re rolling out something special on Instagram every Tuesday:
Pre- & Post-Natal Wellness: Chiropractic with Juliana
If you’ve ever wondered how chiropractic care can support you during pregnancy or benefit your little ones, this series is for you!
Team Tooting’s Juliana has a special focus on pre- and post-natal care. From easing those common pregnancy discomforts like spinal and pelvic pain, to supporting your newborn’s health, Juliana’s got it covered.
So, grab a cozy cuppa and join us each week for all the things you didn’t know you needed to know.
Continuing on with our paediatric theme, on this month’s Chiro.London Pod, proudly fuelled by Ground Coffee Society, Craig interviews visiting Aussie chiro Matt Doyle, who has a Masters in Chiropractic Paediatrics and is now a PhD candidate. They chat all things babies, pregnancy, and chiropractic care.
Find this episode and our back catalogue on our website, Spotify, Apple and Google.
Tune in and remember to tune up! 😊
Shameless Plug from Tom
I’m sure we have all heard the news, but for those out of the know, there was an announcement this week that has delighted people across the world.
World leaders stood and applauded, the young and old stood shoulder-to-shoulder with joyful tears, 80s teens/90s kids/00s music lovers united in tender embrace after hearing the heaven-sent decree: Oasis is getting back together. The Gallagher brothers are back.
I hear what you are all thinking, “What does this have to do with chiro care?” (Thankfully, not surge pricing.)
WELL, much in the same way Liam’s nasally vocals pair perfectly with Noel’s sympathetic songwriting, chiropractic care pairs perfectly with Massage Therapy.
We have on-site massage therapists available at our Marylebone and Wandsworth Bridge in Fulham clinics who are ready to enhance your care and get your body in top condition.
Have a half-marathon coming up and feel a little worse for wear? Chiro going well but you want to work on your flexibility? Spine feeling fine but still getting a calf cramp at the gym?
Massage therapy is the answer to all these questions. Moreover, each of our therapists works hand-in-hand with our chiropractors to make your care as targeted as possible.
Finally, I’ve been hearing a lot of positive feedback from clients as I’ve visited the Chiro.London clinics over the past couple of weeks. Clients who feel on top of their symptoms, those who feel they’ve had a breakthrough with that crick in their neck, or those who simply love the friendly atmosphere both on the table and in reception.
And as much as we will always appreciate the kind words, why not leave your chiro or massage therapist a Google review? This way, the next person in need knows exactly who to ask for.
Well, that’s it for another action packed, dynamic pricing-free, Thoughtful Thursday for the month! We’ll spam you in a couple of weeks with your clinic’s local news, but till then…
Keep moving
Stay hydrated
Crack on!
Cheers,
Drew
