Morning all!Soooooo….January…. Done.Gyms…. starting to empty.Pubs…. filling up again.Days getting longer… well, kind of!?Here are some of my favourite things from the past couple of weeks, enjoy!Minimalist workoutYou don’t need a full home gym to nail an amazing work out.  With a few essentials you don’t actually even need to leave the house!The new braille.How cool is this!?  Meet elia, the new braille system that is revolutionising the way visually impaired people (re)learn to read.  Love it.Want a facelift?Nah, just do these exercises and watch the years fall away :)Good news for Putney!For a long time the air quality in Putney High St was terrible… But with the addition of new Green Buses it’s well and truly on the mend.  Check this out.An hour of running adds 7 hours to your life.Not everyone’s cup of tea, I get it, but statistically running has been shown to extend life expectancy.
