We obviously spammed you all last month with an extra little treat based specifically around your clinic. We are looking to make that a more regular thing, so keep an eye out for something from your own team about what’s happening in your community in a couple of weeks! Will be a guest editor each month, too, so should be fun.

The Marylebone massage team has some good news to share, with some new availability and the return of an old friend.

Ryan is now taking the Saturday shift between 9am-1pm for those who need weekend relief, and we are welcoming Tallulah O'Hea back to the team! She originally stepped away to take care of her growing family and is re-entering the fray for a limited time. So, if you are in the mood for a nostalgic massage or see what all the hype is about then get in touch.

August is in full swing, and we've been thrilled to see so many of you tuning into Body Mechanics with Ramiz. If you haven’t caught up yet, don’t worry – there are two episodes out, and the next one drops tonight!

Speaking of precision, did anyone catch Turkish Olympic shooter Yusuf Dikeç going viral at the Olympics? If only we could all have that kind of focus and accuracy in our daily routines! Maybe we should invite him for a special episode on Body Mechanics - though we might have to remind him that we're aiming for healthy bodies, not bullseyes!

Hello one and all,

I think we can all agree that this sporting summer has been a season of highs and lows. Hearts were broken during the Euro finals for the English fans, but champions were born with the commencement of the Olympics (a comparison to appease all nations). So as we all ride the wave of pride and joy, I figured I could pass on some good news…

Summer 6 packs will be available for another month!

Initially, the deal was to run until the end of July, but it was so well received that we have decided to extend the offer to the end of August. A nice treat for those who are sweating coming to the end of their first 6 pack in this new hot spell!

Enjoy the last weeks of summer in fine alignment and see you all in September.

Plenty going on at the moment and hope you found it useful! On a side note, I have been on the desk a bit more frequently of late, so I hope to see some more of you in person soon to add you to our 12 (possibly 13, Tracy?) loyal readers! Keep an eye out for the gigantic, bearded Aussie!
