Thoughtful Thursday - June 1st
Welcome back to another Thoughtful Thursday. It seems like Drew has finally acknowledged that I, Matilda, am the true Writing Rockstar. Reporting live from your favourite Tooting branch, I present you this month's updates.
Spring has come and gone, marking the beginning of a fresh start, and so have our beloved buds Amy-Lou, Paul G and Katie. We've survived the spring cleaning frenzy and are now ready to soak up the sun, enjoying what summer has in store for us.
Holidays & Changes From Andrea
Tooting: Amy-Lou and Paul G have left the Tooting family and we would like to wish them the best of luck. Juliana, Michael and Sydney are all on hand to help you continue with your care. Michael will be off on June 15th but will be back in clinic on June 19th.
Fulham: Silva will be taking some time off at the end of the month; she will be away from June 22nd and back in clinic on June 29th.
Marylebone: Michael from our Tooting clinic can also be found in our Marylebone clinic now – he will be working Monday and Friday mornings. Elle has also had a change in her schedule and will now be working Tuesday afternoons. Katie’s last day with team Marylebone was yesterday, and we would like to thank Katie for being a wonderful member of the team and wish her all the best.
Kew: Lucy will be taking a couple of Saturdays off; she will be off June 3rd and June 10th. Lucy will also be splitting her time between Fulham and Kew – you can find her at Fulham on Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings.
Wandsworth Bridge: Tony is settling in nicely in our Wandsworth Bridge clinic. Bradley is currently away; he will be back in clinic on June 7th but Meg is still on hand in case you are in need of a massage.
Putney: George and Bryan are both back in clinic as of this week. However, George will be off again on June 20th and back on June 22nd. Ella is taking a long weekend from June 9th and will be back in clinic on June 13th. Conor will be taking a couple of days off from June 12th and back for the morning of June 16th. Ami-Bree will be away at the end of June, she will be off from June 29th and returning back to clinic July 13th.

Shameless Plug
This month we’re staying local and trying out some new fitness additions to Tooting and its surrounds. Come and join us!
Recently Sydney and I attended an evening spin class with our new friends RH studios. Like any good spin class, it was mentally and physically challenging, however this definitely wasn’t your average gym class…
Our class was like a high-energy dance party on a bike! The room is dark, with vibrant lights, movements in sync with every beat of music. The instructor is like the DJ, leading you through different songs and encouraging you to push yourself to the limit.
We hadn't experienced the exercise 'high' like this in years. It's like a burst of positive energy! You feel so alive and pumped up, walking home grinning with smiles. So if you're looking for a fun way to boost your mood and energy, definitely check them out and get your exercise high! Just download their app to try your first class for free.
Sticking with the theme of health… Leon (aka The Juice Man) from Get Juiced! in Tooting Market also runs a full-body kettlebell class there! I just got back from mine and can confirm it’s a great way to start your day. If you're an early bird, join him at 7am every Thursday and get your sweat on!
Signing Off
Alright folks, that's all from me. Thanks for listening to my musings. I'd imagine Drew is quite grateful for this opportunity to recover from his gruelling 60-mile RideLondon cycle through Essex. Handing the mic back to you, champ!
Enjoy the sunshine!
