Meet Our Practitioners

Tony Redding

Tony is a BPP School of Health and McTimoney Ulster University graduate who provides the best possible care to his clients. He has gained knowledge of multiple techniques in chiropractic, such as Network Spinal, Diversified and McTimoney, from courses undertaken in New York, Quebec and London, in addition to his master's degree in Chiropractic.

Corey Eduljee

Corey grew up visiting a chiropractor regularly, which helped to grow his passion for health studies and the chiropractic profession. Having completed his studies at RMIT University in Melbourne, he recently decided to pack up and move to the UK to continue his chiropractic career.

Mackenzie Pyke

Mackenzie is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist with a BSc in Human Anatomy, who’s also currently completing her Master of Chiropractic at London South Bank University.

Passionate about the benefits of an active lifestyle, she understands the wear and tear this can have on the body first-hand, having suffered with injuries during her dancing career and finding relief in regular massage and chiropractic care.

Mackenzie’s goal is to promote injury recovery, relieve pent-up muscle tension, and return the body to a state of optimal health and vitality.

Meg Dunlop

After studying Sport and Exercise Science, Meg is now specialising in rehabilitation, and is enjoying being able to apply her massage therapy skills in a clinical setting.

Meg’s own sporting experience means her previous work has been with recreational rowers and semi-professional rugby teams, so she has a range of experience treating various injuries (as well as general aches and pains!).

As an athlete herself, Meg is passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle which complements any treatments being given, and providing clients with a personalised experience that will benefit them not just in the short term, but also the long term.

Our Services

Chiropractic

Chiropractic techniques can help improve a variety of issues and improve your overall health and wellbeing. We see a wide range of clients - from hard-working work-from-homers to overworked manual labourers; stressed-out mums to unsettled babies; and sporty kids to the more mature looking to stay active. Age is irrelevant for chiropractic!

It’s true that many of our clients come to see us due to back pain, and as chiropractic adjustments manipulate and align the spine, we’ve had great results in this area. Or if long hours behind a laptop are impacting your posture, we have specialised techniques and exercises to help you sit straighter.

Those who are active can also benefit from chiropractic. Whether you’re training for a marathon, clocking up miles on the bike, or practise yoga regularly, our specialised chiropractic skills can help improve your spinal flexibility, decrease pain, increase healing of your injury, and improve your overall performance.

If you are pregnant, there is no better time to see a chiropractor. Chiropractic care for the expectant mum can promote optimal baby positioning, increase pelvic stability and hopefully encourage a speedy labour.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is not limited to elite sports people. Anyone who partakes in sport or has a manual job would benefit from a sports massage. This form of massage is a deeper tissue massage generally associated with the prevention and treatment of strains, sprains and injury.

Soft tissue massage involves employing a variety of techniques to mobilise the soft tissues of the body. These tissues include muscle, ligaments, tendons, fascia and the connective tissue around joints. There are several different techniques employed in soft tissue massage - which one your therapist uses will depend on how they wish to affect the tissue.

We can treat generalised aches and pains, working alongside your chiropractic care; general, acute and chronic back pain (not from accident or injury); uncomplicated mechanical neck pain (not from accident, e.g. whiplash); circulatory problems; sciatica; muscle problems; fibromyalgia; rheumatic pain; minor sports injuries and tensions.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

While some of the strokes may feel the same as those used in Swedish massage therapy, deep tissue massage is unique in the sense that it is used to dissipate scar tissue and physically break down muscle “knots” or adhesions – bands of painful, rigid tissue – that can disrupt circulation and cause pain, a limited range of motion, and inflammation. Some light bruising is also a possible side effect of deep tissue massage.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is a gentle form of massage with the aim of relaxing the whole body. The massage therapist will do a combination of kneading, rolling, vibration, percussive, and tapping movements across the neck, back, arms and legs to release muscle tension. The longer and softer strokes are what sets Swedish massage apart from other types of massage, and the lighter pressure ensures a deeply relaxing experience.
