Monday Motivation - May 20th
Hi all,
Spring is in bloom, London is looking green, and I’m sure the summer heat is not too far away.If you’d like to disconnect and get back to nature, check out the Isabella Plantation in Richmond Park – it’s so close to us in SW-London.
Speaking of disconnecting, last week was Spinal Awareness Week and the theme by the United Chiropractic Association was “Get connected while disconnecting”. Have a look at this two-minute video discussing the challenges we face with using tech. We have reached that point where screen time sometimes outweighs sleep time!
Now I’m completely out of the ‘decluttering’ loop, but my wife Gail introduced me to Marie Kondo last week. If you know, you know, but if you don’t and you need help cleansing the home, you can read her book, watch her Netflix series, or follow her on Instagram.
Did you all have fun watching Eurovision on the weekend? Hope those into it had a great night and congratulations to Australia for finishing in the top 10!
Another (slightly less flamboyant) European event also started last week: the Giro d’Italia. I was lucky enough to get out to the starting city, Bologna, with Luke B and Drew. We took our bikes and had a great time exploring the city and countryside. Castelli, the Italian cyclewear company, looked after me as I went on a pre-Giro spin and they recorded the morning in this blog.
And lastly, we love keeping in touch with you all, and if you’d like to see more from us, don’t forget to follow us on our social media: our recently-updated Facebook pages and Instagram.
Thanks again for reading and for being part of our community. I am dedicated to helping you be your best in health, fitness and even destress and declutter!
Cheers,
Craig
