Good morning, good morning!

Just a quick check in to see how you got on with some of those little health tips from last week... Anyone getting more sleep? Drinking more water? Eating a little less? Back with you this week to talk happiness!

Following an on-air mini nervous breakdown, US news anchor Dan Harris embarked upon a journey to tame his stressed-out mind. Happier AND healthier?! You bet. This interesting read outlines the findings by a Yale and Oxford study that demonstrates exercise makes you happier than money. Bold claims for some, read on... here.

Yesterday was National Children's Day, and while the joy of parenthood means happiness is already dialled in for mums and dads (we hope?!), it's important to think about how can we help nurture happiness in the little ones while also setting them up for future success. This Harvard-MIT study suggests parents do this one thing: talk.

Want to live longer? Thought so. This NY Times article reveals the secret to ageing well is contentment. Is there anything happiness can’t do?!
